Ingredients

Sugar Cookie Crust:

  • 1 tube (16.5 oz) refrigerated sugar cookie dough (or homemade alternative)

Cream Cheese Frosting:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Fresh Fruit Topping (customize as desired):

  • Strawberries, sliced

  • Kiwi, peeled and sliced

Instructions

  • Bake the Crust:
