- 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) instant yeast
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup warm milk
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 large egg
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt. Add warm milk, melted butter, and egg. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for 5 minutes, then let it rise for 1 hour.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle and spread raspberry jam evenly over the surface. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Roll the dough tightly and slice into rolls. Place in a greased baking dish and let rise for 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Mix glaze ingredients and drizzle over warm rolls.
Notes
- You can use fresh raspberries blended with sugar instead of jam for a more natural filling.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
