Description

These Raspberry Swirl Cinnamon Rolls are a fruity twist on the classic treat! Soft, fluffy dough is swirled with a sweet and tangy raspberry filling, then topped with a smooth glaze for the perfect balance of flavor.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) instant yeast
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup warm milk
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 large egg

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt. Add warm milk, melted butter, and egg. Mix until a dough forms.
  • Knead the dough for 5 minutes, then let it rise for 1 hour.
  • Roll out the dough into a rectangle and spread raspberry jam evenly over the surface. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
  • Roll the dough tightly and slice into rolls. Place in a greased baking dish and let rise for 30 minutes.
  • Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Mix glaze ingredients and drizzle over warm rolls.

Notes

  • You can use fresh raspberries blended with sugar instead of jam for a more natural filling.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
