  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional, for brushing or drizzling)

Fresh & Marinated Additions

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup cucumber slices
  • 1/2 cup roasted red peppers
  • 1/2 cup mixed olives (Kalamata, green, or black)
  • 2 tablespoons capers

Sweet & Crunchy Touches

  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 cup dried apricots or figs
  • 2 tablespoons mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, pistachios)

Instructions
