For the Bread Board:
- 1 rustic baguette or sourdough loaf, sliced
- 1 ciabatta or focaccia, sliced
- Optional: crackers or flatbreads
For the Herb Feta Dip:
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 tsp fresh oregano, chopped
- Pinch of black pepper
Instructions
- Prepare the Herb Feta Dip: In a small bowl, combine feta, Greek yogurt, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, thyme, oregano, and black pepper. Mash slightly with a fork or pulse in a food processor until smooth but still slightly chunky.
- Arrange the Board: Place sliced breads and crackers on a serving board. Spoon the herb feta dip into a small bowl and place in the center. Arrange olives, cherry tomatoes, roasted red peppers, and fresh herbs around the dip.
- Serve: Serve immediately as an appetizer or snack board. Guests can tear or dip bread into the herb feta.
