Bread:

Roasted Red Pepper Dip:
- 3 large red bell peppers
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup walnuts
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Roast peppers: Place whole red peppers on a baking sheet and roast for 20–25 minutes until skins are charred.
- Prepare peppers: Remove peppers, let them steam, peel off skins, remove seeds, and chop.
- Make dip: Blend roasted peppers, garlic, walnuts, lemon juice, olive oil, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, pepper, and optional chili flakes until smooth.
- Assemble: Transfer dip to a bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and garnish with parsley and feta.
- Serve: Arrange bread slices around the dip and serve.
