Garnishes

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (for drizzling)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika or sumac
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • Lemon wedges

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cucumber – Grate the cucumber using a box grater. Squeeze out excess liquid with a kitchen towel.
  2. Make the tzatziki sauce – Mix Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, dill, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Chill for flavor – Refrigerate the tzatziki for 20 minutes to blend flavors.
