Flatbread:
- 4 pieces flatbread or pita
Toppings:
- 1/2 cup hummus
- 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup halloumi cheese, sliced
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/3 cup cucumber, sliced
- 1/4 cup kalamata olives
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon za’atar seasoning
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare flatbreads: Brush flatbreads with olive oil, sprinkle with oregano and za’atar. Toast in the oven for 5–7 minutes until warm and slightly crispy.
- Grill halloumi: In a skillet over medium heat, lightly grill halloumi slices until golden on both sides.
- Assemble platter: Arrange toasted flatbreads on a large serving platter. Add small bowls of hummus and tzatziki sauce. Arrange feta cheese, grilled halloumi, cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, and olives around the platter.
- Garnish and serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and drizzle a little olive oil over the cheeses before serving.
