Bread:
- 1 large baguette or rustic bread, sliced
Seasoning:
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Toppings:
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup cucumber, sliced
- 1/3 cup mixed olives (Kalamata & green)
- 1/2 cup roasted red peppers, sliced
- 1/4 cup marinated artichoke hearts
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
- 1 tbsp honey (optional drizzle)
- 1 tbsp balsamic glaze (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Arrange the sliced bread on a baking sheet.
- Prepare Seasoning: In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper. Brush the mixture over each slice of bread.
- Toast the Bread: Toast in the oven for 8–10 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Assemble the Board: Place the toasted garlic bread on a serving board. Arrange feta cheese, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, olives, roasted red peppers, and artichoke hearts around the bread.
- Add Fresh Herbs: Sprinkle fresh parsley and basil over the board for a burst of freshness.
- Optional Drizzle: Drizzle with honey and balsamic glaze if desired for a sweet and tangy finish.
- Serve: Serve immediately while the bread is warm and crisp.
