  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional drizzle)
  • 1 tbsp balsamic glaze (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Arrange the sliced bread on a baking sheet.
  2. Prepare Seasoning: In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper. Brush the mixture over each slice of bread.
  3. Toast the Bread: Toast in the oven for 8–10 minutes until golden and crispy.
  4. Assemble the Board: Place the toasted garlic bread on a serving board. Arrange feta cheese, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, olives, roasted red peppers, and artichoke hearts around the bread.
