Description

These Shrimp and Crab Stuffed Shells with Alfredo Sauce are a rich and comforting seafood pasta dish made with creamy ricotta, succulent shrimp and crab, and topped with melty mozzarella and a velvety Alfredo sauce. Perfect for special occasions or a decadent dinner.


Ingredients

  • 20 jumbo pasta shells

  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped

  • 1 cup cooked crab meat

  • 1 cup ricotta cheese

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  • Cook jumbo pasta shells until al dente, drain, and set aside.

  • In a large bowl, mix shrimp, crab meat, ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

  • Stuff each shell with the seafood mixture.

  • Spread 1 cup of Alfredo sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.

  • Arrange stuffed shells in the dish and cover with the remaining Alfredo sauce.

  • Sprinkle extra mozzarella on top if desired.

  • Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.

  • Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.

  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

Notes

  • You can prepare the stuffed shells in advance and refrigerate before baking.

  • Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a slight kick.

  • Serve with garlic bread and a fresh green salad for a complete meal.
