Ingredients

20 jumbo pasta shells

1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped

1 cup cooked crab meat

1 cup ricotta cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cups Alfredo sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook jumbo pasta shells until al dente, drain, and set aside.

In a large bowl, mix shrimp, crab meat, ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Stuff each shell with the seafood mixture.

Spread 1 cup of Alfredo sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.

Arrange stuffed shells in the dish and cover with the remaining Alfredo sauce.

Sprinkle extra mozzarella on top if desired.

Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.

Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
