These Shrimp & Crab Alfredo Lasagna Roll-Ups are creamy, cheesy, and loaded with seafood flavor. Perfectly rolled lasagna noodles are stuffed with a rich blend of shrimp, crab, ricotta, and herbs, then smothered in Alfredo sauce and baked until bubbly and golden.
Ingredients

9 lasagna noodles

1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped

1 cup imitation crab meat, shredded

2 cups Alfredo sauce

1 cup ricotta cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder
-
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Boil lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and let cool slightly.

In a bowl, mix shrimp, crab, ricotta cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.

Lay out each lasagna noodle, spread seafood mixture evenly, and roll up.

Place roll-ups seam-side down in the baking dish.

Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over the roll-ups.

Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.

Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.

Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes until golden and bubbly.

Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
Notes

Substitute real crab meat for imitation if preferred.
