Description

These Shrimp & Crab Alfredo Lasagna Roll-Ups are creamy, cheesy, and loaded with seafood flavor. Perfectly rolled lasagna noodles are stuffed with a rich blend of shrimp, crab, ricotta, and herbs, then smothered in Alfredo sauce and baked until bubbly and golden.


Ingredients

  • 9 lasagna noodles

  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped

  • 1 cup imitation crab meat, shredded

  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce

  • 1 cup ricotta cheese

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  • Boil lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and let cool slightly.

  • In a bowl, mix shrimp, crab, ricotta cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

  • Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.

  • Lay out each lasagna noodle, spread seafood mixture evenly, and roll up.

  • Place roll-ups seam-side down in the baking dish.

  • Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over the roll-ups.

  • Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.

  • Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.

  • Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes until golden and bubbly.

  • Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

Notes

  • Substitute real crab meat for imitation if preferred.

  • Great with garlic bread and a side Caesar salad.

  • Can be made ahead and baked when ready to serve.
