Ingredients
2 lbs beef stew meat (cut into bite-sized cubes)
• 1 1/2 lbs baby potatoes (quartered)
• 4 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
• 6 cloves garlic (minced)
• 1 small onion (chopped)
• 1 cup beef broth
• 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tsp smoked paprika
• 1 tsp Italian seasoning
• 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
• Salt and black pepper, to taste
• 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
Instructions

Season the Beef: Toss beef bites with salt, black pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
