Description

This spicy chicken and chorizo pasta is creamy, bold, and packed with smoky flavors from chorizo and a hint of spice from red pepper flakes.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz rigatoni pasta
  • 1 chicken breast, cubed
  • 4 oz chorizo, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

 

  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Cook pasta according to package instructions.
  • Heat olive oil in a pan and cook chicken until golden.
  • Add chorizo and cook for another 2 minutes.
  • Pour in heavy cream, red pepper flakes, and parmesan. Stir well.
  • Toss in drained pasta and mix until coated.

 

  • Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

Adjust spice level by reducing red pepper flakes.
