- 8 oz rigatoni pasta
- 1 chicken breast, cubed
- 4 oz chorizo, sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and cook chicken until golden.
- Add chorizo and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream, red pepper flakes, and parmesan. Stir well.
- Toss in drained pasta and mix until coated.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
