For the Chicken

- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken – In a shallow dish, combine flour, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Dredge chicken pieces in the flour mixture, then dip in beaten eggs, and coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- Cook the Chicken – Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken in batches and cook 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Make the Hot Honey Garlic Sauce – In a small saucepan, combine honey, sriracha, garlic, soy sauce, and vinegar. Heat over medium heat for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Toss Chicken in Sauce – Place crispy chicken in a large bowl and pour hot honey garlic sauce over it. Toss gently to coat evenly.
- Serve with Feta – Transfer chicken to a serving plate and sprinkle with crumbled feta and chopped parsley. Serve immediately for the best texture and flavor.
