  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch (for extra crispiness)

For the Hot Honey Lemon Glaze

  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce (adjust to taste)
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Topping

  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • Extra chili flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Season & Coat the Chicken – Pat chicken dry. In a bowl, mix smoked paprika, garlic powder, chili flakes, salt, pepper, and cornstarch. Rub chicken with olive oil, then coat evenly with the seasoning mixture.
  2. Sear the Chicken – Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add a drizzle of olive oil. Place chicken in the skillet and cook for 5–6 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy on the outside and fully cooked inside. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  3. Make the Hot Honey Lemon Glaze – Lower heat to medium. In the same skillet, add olive oil and garlic. Sauté for 30 seconds. Stir in honey, hot sauce, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Simmer for 1–2 minutes until slightly thickened.
  4. Glaze & Finish – Return chicken to the skillet and spoon the glaze over each piece. Let simmer for 2–3 minutes. Sprinkle crumbled feta over the hot chicken and allow it to slightly soften from the heat.
  5. Serve – Garnish with fresh parsley and extra chili flakes if desired. Serve directly from the skillet with rice, roasted vegetables, or warm pita.
