Hot Honey Lemon Drizzle

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1/21 teaspoon chili flakes (adjust to heat preference)
  • Pinch of salt

Whipped Feta Finish

  • 3/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 12 tablespoons warm water (to thin if needed)
  • Pinch of black pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Breading Station Set up three shallow bowls:
    Bowl 1: Flour mixed with salt and black pepper.
    Bowl 2: Eggs whisked with milk.
    Bowl 3: Panko breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan, smoked paprika, chili flakes, and garlic powder.
  2. Bread the Turkey
    Pat turkey cutlets dry.
    Dredge each piece in flour, dip into egg mixture, then coat thoroughly in the seasoned breadcrumb mixture. Press gently so crumbs adhere well.

    Add warm water gradually to reach a spoonable consistency.
