Turkey Cutlets
- 2 large turkey breasts, sliced horizontally into thin cutlets
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 3–4 tablespoons olive oil (for pan-frying)
Hot Honey Lemon Drizzle
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/2–1 teaspoon chili flakes (adjust to heat preference)
- Pinch of salt
Whipped Feta Finish
- 3/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1–2 tablespoons warm water (to thin if needed)
- Pinch of black pepper
Instructions
- Prepare the Breading Station Set up three shallow bowls:
Bowl 1: Flour mixed with salt and black pepper.
Bowl 2: Eggs whisked with milk.
Bowl 3: Panko breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan, smoked paprika, chili flakes, and garlic powder. - Bread the Turkey
Pat turkey cutlets dry.
Dredge each piece in flour, dip into egg mixture, then coat thoroughly in the seasoned breadcrumb mixture. Press gently so crumbs adhere well. - Cook the Cutlets
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Cook turkey cutlets for 3–4 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature 165°F / 74°C).
Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate. - Make the Hot Honey Lemon Drizzle
In a small saucepan over low heat, combine honey, lemon juice, lemon zest, chili flakes, and salt. Warm gently for 1–2 minutes until slightly loosened. - Prepare the Whipped Feta
Blend feta, Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, and black pepper until smooth and creamy.
Add warm water gradually to reach a spoonable consistency. - Assemble & Serve
Spread whipped feta onto a serving plate.
Place crispy turkey cutlets on top.
Drizzle generously with hot honey lemon sauce.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately with lemon wedges.
