  • 150g goat cheese
  • 23 tbsp heavy cream or milk
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Chicken – Place chicken in buttermilk and let marinate for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for extra tenderness).
  2. Prepare Breading Station – Set up three bowls: Flour mixed with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, salt, and pepper; Beaten eggs; Panko mixed with Parmesan.
  3. Coat the Chicken – Remove chicken from marinade. Dredge in seasoned flour, dip in egg, coat in panko mixture, pressing firmly.
  4. Fry Until Crispy – Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Transfer to paper towels to drain.
