For the Hot Honey Lemon Sauce:
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1–2 tsp chili flakes
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tbsp butter
For the Goat Cheese Cream:
- 150g goat cheese
- 2–3 tbsp heavy cream or milk
- 1 tsp honey
- Pinch of salt

Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken – Place chicken in buttermilk and let marinate for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for extra tenderness).
- Prepare Breading Station – Set up three bowls: Flour mixed with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, salt, and pepper; Beaten eggs; Panko mixed with Parmesan.
- Coat the Chicken – Remove chicken from marinade. Dredge in seasoned flour, dip in egg, coat in panko mixture, pressing firmly.
- Fry Until Crispy – Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Transfer to paper towels to drain.
