Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 racks pork ribs
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

For the Glaze:

  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard

Instructions

  • Prepare the Ribs: Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Rub ribs with olive oil and seasonings. Wrap in foil and bake for 2.5 hours.
  • Make the Glaze: Mix barbecue sauce, honey, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard in a saucepan over low heat.
  • Grill & Glaze: Remove ribs from the oven and brush with glaze. Grill over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes per side until caramelized.

  • Let rest before serving.

Notes

  • For extra smoky flavor, add a splash of liquid smoke to the glaze.

  • Use a meat thermometer to ensure ribs reach 190°F for perfect tenderness.
