- 2 racks pork ribs
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
For the Glaze:
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
Instructions
- Prepare the Ribs: Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Rub ribs with olive oil and seasonings. Wrap in foil and bake for 2.5 hours.
- Make the Glaze: Mix barbecue sauce, honey, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard in a saucepan over low heat.
- Grill & Glaze: Remove ribs from the oven and brush with glaze. Grill over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes per side until caramelized.
- Let rest before serving.

- For extra smoky flavor, add a splash of liquid smoke to the glaze.
- Use a meat thermometer to ensure ribs reach 190°F for perfect tenderness.
