Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1 medium carrot (thinly sliced)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional)
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  • Toss in the mushrooms and carrots, stir-fry for 2 minutes.
  • Add broccoli and cook for another 2-3 minutes until tender.
  • Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper, and sesame oil. Stir well.
  • Cook for another minute until everything is coated in sauce.
  • Garnish with sesame seeds and serve hot.

Notes

  • You can add bell peppers or snap peas for extra crunch.
