- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup mushrooms (sliced)
- 1 medium carrot (thinly sliced)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional)
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
- Toss in the mushrooms and carrots, stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- Add broccoli and cook for another 2-3 minutes until tender.
- Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper, and sesame oil. Stir well.
- Cook for another minute until everything is coated in sauce.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and serve hot.

- You can add bell peppers or snap peas for extra crunch.
