Ingredients
Cookie Dough:

Instructions

Prepare the Cheesecake Filling:

Mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a small bowl until smooth.

Scoop into 12 small dollops (about ½ tsp each) onto parchment paper and freeze for at least 30 minutes.

Make the Cookie Dough:

Cream together butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.

Add egg and vanilla; mix until combined.

In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt.
