These Strawberry Cream Cheese Puff Pastries are flaky, buttery, and filled with a luscious cream cheese and strawberry filling. A perfect quick and easy dessert!

- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar (for dusting)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out puff pastry and cut into squares.
- Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Place a dollop of cream cheese mixture in the center of each square. Top with sliced strawberries.
- Fold into a triangle or create a pinwheel shape. Brush with egg wash.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
- Can use frozen strawberries, just drain excess liquid.
- Try adding a drizzle of honey or a sprinkle of cinnamon for extra flavor!
