Description

These Strawberry Cream Cheese Puff Pastries are flaky, buttery, and filled with a luscious cream cheese and strawberry filling. A perfect quick and easy dessert!


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

 

  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out puff pastry and cut into squares.
  • Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Place a dollop of cream cheese mixture in the center of each square. Top with sliced strawberries.
  • Fold into a triangle or create a pinwheel shape. Brush with egg wash.
  • Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.

 

  • Dust with powdered sugar before serving.

Notes

  • Can use frozen strawberries, just drain excess liquid.

 

  • Try adding a drizzle of honey or a sprinkle of cinnamon for extra flavor!
