Ingredients

1 box angel food cake, cut into cubes (or store-bought cake)

1 tub (8 oz) Cool Whip or whipped topping

1 box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix (dry)

1 1/2 cups cold milk

2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped

1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows

Instructions
In a large bowl, whisk together the instant pudding mix and cold milk until smooth and thickened (about 1–2 minutes).
Gently fold in the Cool Whip until creamy and fluffy.
Stir in the cubed angel food cake, chopped strawberries, and mini marshmallows. Gently mix until everything is coated.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving. Garnish with extra strawberries or fresh mint if desired. Serve chilled!
