Description

This Strawberry Fluff Salad is light, creamy, and packed with juicy strawberries and fluffy angel food cake. It’s a no-bake, 5-minute dessert that’s perfect for summer BBQs, potlucks, and sunny picnics. A nostalgic treat everyone will love! ☀️


Ingredients

  • 1 box angel food cake, cut into cubes (or store-bought cake)

  • 1 tub (8 oz) Cool Whip or whipped topping

  • 1 box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix (dry)

  • 1 1/2 cups cold milk

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped

  • 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows

  • Optional: extra strawberries or mint for garnish


Instructions

Step 1: Mix the Base

In a large bowl, whisk together the instant pudding mix and cold milk until smooth and thickened (about 1–2 minutes).

Step 2: Fold in the Fluff

Gently fold in the Cool Whip until creamy and fluffy.

Step 3: Add the Goodies

Stir in the cubed angel food cake, chopped strawberries, and mini marshmallows. Gently mix until everything is coated.

Step 4: Chill & Serve

Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving. Garnish with extra strawberries or fresh mint if desired. Serve chilled!
