Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks

  • 1 banana (fresh or frozen)

  • 3/4 cup orange juice (or coconut water for a lighter version)

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh lime juice (optional, for brightness)


Instructions

  • In a high-speed blender, combine frozen strawberries, mango, banana, orange juice, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup (if using), and lime juice (if using).

  • Blend on high for 45–60 seconds until smooth and creamy.

  • Taste and adjust the sweetness or liquid to reach your preferred consistency.
