Description

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed

  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, finely chopped

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/4 cup strawberry jam

  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

  • 1 tablespoon melted butter (for brushing)

  • 1/4 cup crushed golden sandwich cookies (optional, for topping)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Prepare filling: In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.

  3. Roll pastry: On a lightly floured surface, unfold and gently roll out puff pastry to slightly enlarge.
