  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt or cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp hot sauce
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp lemon zest

For the Bowl:

  • 2 pita breads, toasted and cut into wedges
  • 1 cup cooked rice or quinoa
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the Ground Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground chicken and cook until lightly browned, breaking it into crumbles.
  2. Stir in onion and garlic and cook until softened.
  3. Season the Chicken: Add smoked paprika, cumin, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Stir in tomato paste and cook for 2–3 minutes until fragrant. Remove from heat.
  4. Prepare the Creamy Hot Honey Feta Sauce: In a bowl, combine feta, Greek yogurt (or cream cheese), honey, hot sauce, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Whip until smooth and creamy.
  5. Assemble the Bowls: Divide rice or quinoa into serving bowls. Add cooked ground chicken, toasted pita wedges, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
