  • 2 pita breads, cut into pieces

For the Creamy Hot Honey Feta Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the Ground Lamb: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground lamb and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
  2. Season the Lamb: Add paprika, cumin, coriander, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 2–3 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Prepare the Feta Sauce: In a bowl, combine feta cheese, Greek yogurt, honey, chili flakes, lemon juice, and olive oil. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  4. Assemble the Bowls: Add rice or quinoa as the base. Top with cooked lamb, romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion. Add pita pieces on the side or on top.
  5. Drizzle with Sauce and Serve: Drizzle generously with the creamy hot honey feta sauce. Serve immediately.
