  • 1 lb ground lamb
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

For the Spicy Lemon Honey Feta Cream

  • 3/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1 small garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

For the Flatbreads

  • 4 flatbreads or naan
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta (optional)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the ground lamb – Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
  2. Brown the lamb – Add ground lamb and cook for 7–9 minutes until browned.
  3. Season the meat – Stir in paprika, cumin, oregano, coriander, chili flakes, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Add lemon for brightness – Stir in lemon juice and mix well. Remove from heat and set aside.
  5. Prepare the spicy feta cream – Combine all feta cream ingredients in a bowl and mix until smooth.
  6. Warm the flatbreads – Heat flatbreads in a skillet or oven for 1–2 minutes.
  7. Assemble the flatbreads – Spread feta cream on flatbreads, add lamb, top with veggies.
  8. Finish and serve – Sprinkle extra feta and parsley over flatbreads, slice if desired, and serve.
