For the Ground Turkey:

- 3/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
- 1 small garlic clove, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
For the Flatbreads:
- 4 flatbreads or naan
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cucumber, diced
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta (optional topping)
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the ground turkey: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Brown the turkey: Add ground turkey and cook for 6–8 minutes, breaking it apart with a spoon until fully cooked.
- Season the meat: Stir in paprika, oregano, cumin, chili flakes, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes so the spices coat the turkey evenly.
- Add lemon brightness: Stir in lemon juice and mix well. Remove from heat.
- Prepare the spicy feta cream: In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, feta cheese, honey, lemon juice, lemon zest, chili flakes, garlic, olive oil, and parsley. Mix until creamy.
- Warm the flatbreads: Heat the flatbreads in a dry skillet or oven for 1–2 minutes until warm and soft.
- Assemble the flatbreads: Spread a generous layer of spicy lemon honey feta cream over each flatbread. Add the seasoned ground turkey.
- Add fresh toppings: Top with shredded lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
- Finish and serve: Sprinkle extra feta and fresh parsley on top. Slice if desired and serve immediately.
