For the Flatbread

  • 1 prepared flatbread or naan (~1012 inch)
  • 4 oz Brie cheese, sliced or torn
  • 1 ripe pear, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup toasted pecans, chopped
  • 12 tbsp olive oil

For the Cranberry Glaze

  • 3 tbsp cranberry sauce or pureed cranberries
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice

Optional Garnish

  • Fresh thyme or rosemary
  • Cracked black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Assemble the flatbread: Place flatbread on baking sheet. Drizzle lightly with olive oil. Arrange Brie slices evenly, then layer pear slices on top. Sprinkle toasted pecans over the flatbread.
  3. Bake: Bake 8–12 minutes until flatbread is crisp and Brie is melted.
  4. Prepare the glaze: While flatbread bakes, warm cranberry sauce with honey and lemon juice in a small pan until smooth and slightly thickened.
  5. Finish & serve: Drizzle cranberry glaze over the baked flatbread. Garnish with fresh thyme and cracked black pepper. Slice and serve warm.
