Naan Pizza:
- 2 naan breads
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce (homemade or store-bought)
Toppings:
- 6 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced or torn
- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- Optional: red pepper flakes for a little heat
Instructions
- Preheat oven: Set oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare naan: Place naan breads on the baking sheet. Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce over each naan.
- Add toppings: Arrange mozzarella slices evenly on top, followed by cherry tomatoes. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake pizza: Bake for 8–10 minutes until cheese is melted and slightly golden, and the naan edges are crispy.
- Finish: Remove from oven, top with fresh basil leaves, and sprinkle optional red pepper flakes if desired. Serve immediately.
