Greek Chicken:

Creamy Tzatziki Sauce:

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill (or 1 teaspoon dried)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Flatbreads & Toppings:

  • 4 soft flatbreads or naan
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup diced cucumber
  • 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Chicken – In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Add sliced chicken and toss well. Marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 4 hours in the refrigerator).
  2. Cook the Chicken – Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the marinated chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked (internal temperature reaches 165°F / 74°C). Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  3. Make the Tzatziki – In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, olive oil, lemon juice, dill, garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth and creamy. Chill for 15–20 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
  4. Warm the Flatbreads – Heat flatbreads in a dry skillet for 1–2 minutes per side or warm in the oven until soft and pliable.
  5. Assemble – Spread a generous layer of tzatziki over each flatbread. Top with sliced Greek chicken, diced cucumber, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and crumbled feta. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Fold, slice, or serve open-faced.
