  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Wooden skewers (soaked in water if needed)

For the Spicy Feta Dip:

  • 150g feta cheese
  • 3 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 12 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp chili flakes (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Pinch of salt

For the Grazing Board:

  • Warm pita bread or flatbread
  • Cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • Cucumber slices
  • Red onion (thinly sliced)
  • Kalamata olives
  • Roasted red peppers
  • Fresh parsley and dill
  • Lemon wedges

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Chicken – In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Add chicken cubes and marinate for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for deeper flavor).
  2. Grill the Chicken – Thread chicken onto skewers. Grill on a hot pan or grill for 10–12 minutes, turning until golden, slightly charred, and fully cooked.
  3. Make the Spicy Feta Dip – Blend feta, Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, chili flakes, honey, and salt until smooth and creamy.
