- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp chili flakes (adjust to taste)

Bowl
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- Fresh parsley or dill, chopped
Instructions
- Cook the Orzo: Bring chicken broth or water to a boil. Add orzo, olive oil, and salt. Cook according to package instructions until tender. Drain if needed and set aside.
