Toppings:

  • 120 g feta cheese (crumbled)
  • 1/3 cup walnuts (toasted & roughly chopped)
  • Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Hot Honey Drizzle:

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tsp chili flakes (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil and butter: In a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add mushrooms: Cook without stirring for 3–4 minutes to develop a deep golden sear.
  3. Cook mushrooms: Stir and continue cooking for another 5–7 minutes until browned.
  4. Add garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper: Cook until fragrant.
  5. Prepare hot honey drizzle: Warm honey with chili flakes and lemon juice in a saucepan.
  6. Assemble dish: Transfer mushrooms to a serving dish, top with feta, walnuts, and hot honey.
