Instructions
- Heat olive oil and butter: In a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add mushrooms: Cook without stirring for 3–4 minutes to develop a deep golden sear.
- Cook mushrooms: Stir and continue cooking for another 5–7 minutes until browned.
- Add garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper: Cook until fragrant.
- Prepare hot honey drizzle: Warm honey with chili flakes and lemon juice in a saucepan.
