Ingredients

For the Garlic Oil:

For the Whipped Feta:

  • 200g (7 oz) feta cheese, crumbled

  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

For the Wraps:

  • 4 naan breads, warmed

  • 1 cup cucumber ribbons or slices

  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • Fresh herbs (mint, parsley, or cilantro)

  • Optional: greens like arugula or spinach


Instructions

  • Make the Garlic Oil:
    Heat olive oil in a small pan over low heat. Add minced garlic and chili flakes (if using). Cook gently for 3–4 minutes until fragrant but not browned. Remove from heat and season with salt.

  • Prepare the Whipped Feta:
    In a food processor, blend feta, Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, and pepper until smooth and creamy. Chill until ready to use.

  • Assemble the Wraps:
    Spread a generous layer of whipped feta on each warm naan. Drizzle with garlic oil. Top with cucumber ribbons, cherry tomatoes, fresh herbs, and optional greens.
