- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat butter and sugars until creamy. Add eggs and extracts.
- Gradually mix in the dry ingredients. Fold in white chocolate chips and crushed peppermint.
- Scoop onto baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
For extra crunch, top with additional crushed peppermint before baking.
