  • 1/2 cup shredded provolone
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine: Boil salted water and cook fettuccine until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
  2. Prepare the chicken: Season chicken with Cajun seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Sear in butter until golden and cooked through.
  3. Make the sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter, sauté garlic, pour in cream, and simmer with Cajun seasoning. Add cream cheese and mix until smooth.
