For the Whipped Spicy Lemon Honey Feta:

  • 3/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 small garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 12 tablespoons warm water (to thin if needed)

For the Wrap Assembly:

  • 4 large flatbreads or wraps
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the Ground Beef: Heat olive oil in a skillet. Sauté onion, add garlic, then add ground beef, spices, and lemon juice. Cook until browned.
  2. Make the Whipped Spicy Lemon Honey Feta: Combine feta, yogurt, honey, lemon juice, zest, garlic, and red pepper. Blend until creamy, adding water as needed.
  3. Warm the Wraps: Heat flatbreads until soft.
