Crispy Chicken:
- 2 large chicken breasts, sliced into strips
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Oil for frying
Hot Honey Feta:
- 4 oz feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Pinch of chili flakes
Garlic Sauce Drizzle:
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic, finely grated
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2–3 tablespoons water (to thin)
- Pinch of salt
Pita Assembly:
- 4 pita breads
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Prepare a breading station: Mix flour, eggs, and panko with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Coat chicken: Dip chicken in flour, egg, and panko mixture.
- Fry chicken: Fry in hot oil until crispy.
- Make Hot Honey Feta: Combine feta, honey, hot sauce, olive oil, and chili flakes.
- Prepare Garlic Sauce: Mix Greek yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, water, and salt.
- Assemble Pitas: Warm pita bread, spread with garlic sauce, add chicken, top with feta, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, and parsley.
