  • 23 tablespoons water (to thin)
  • Pinch of salt

Pita Assembly:

  • 4 pita breads
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cucumber, sliced
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Prepare a breading station: Mix flour, eggs, and panko with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Coat chicken: Dip chicken in flour, egg, and panko mixture.
  3. Fry chicken: Fry in hot oil until crispy.
