Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Grill the Chicken: Thread chicken onto skewers. Grill over medium-high heat for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked and slightly charred.
- Prepare the Whipped Feta Dip: In a blender or food processor, combine feta, Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, herbs, and black pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy.
