  • 4 pita breads, warmed
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup hummus
  • Fresh herbs for garnish

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Grill the Chicken: Thread chicken onto skewers. Grill over medium-high heat for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked and slightly charred.
