Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease or line a muffin tin.

- Combine Dry Ingredients: In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Combine Wet and Dry: Combine wet and dry ingredients, stirring gently until just mixed.
- Bake: Divide batter evenly among muffin cups and bake for 18–22 minutes or until golden and firm to the touch.
- Cool: Cool on a wire rack before serving.
