- 1 green bell pepper, diced

Seasonings:
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
Cheese and Garnish:
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella (optional)
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté for 2–3 minutes until fragrant and softened.
- Add ground turkey and cook until browned and fully cooked, breaking it apart with a spatula.
- Stir in diced bell peppers, paprika, chili flakes, salt, black pepper, oregano, and thyme. Cook for 5–7 minutes until peppers are tender but still slightly crisp.
- Remove from heat and dollop cottage cheese over the skillet mixture. Stir lightly or leave as is for creamy pockets of cheese.
- Top with shredded mozzarella if desired and allow to melt slightly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately as a hearty, protein-packed skillet meal.
