Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 6 tbsp melted butter

Filling:

  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp orange zest
  • 2 tbsp orange juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Cranberry Topping:

  • 1 1/2 cups cranberries
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tbsp orange zest

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven and prepare crust: Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Mix crust ingredients and press into a springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
  2. Prepare filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time. Mix in sour cream, orange zest, orange juice, and vanilla extract.
  3. Bake: Pour the filling into the crust and bake for 50–55 minutes.
  4. Chill: Allow the cheesecake to chill completely.
  5. Make cranberry topping: Simmer cranberries, sugar, water, and orange zest until thickened. Cool the mixture, then spread it on top of the chilled cheesecake.
