Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 6 tbsp melted butter
Filling:
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp orange zest
- 2 tbsp orange juice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Cranberry Topping:
- 1 1/2 cups cranberries
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tbsp orange zest
Instructions
- Preheat oven and prepare crust: Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Mix crust ingredients and press into a springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
- Prepare filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time. Mix in sour cream, orange zest, orange juice, and vanilla extract.
- Bake: Pour the filling into the crust and bake for 50–55 minutes.
- Chill: Allow the cheesecake to chill completely.
- Make cranberry topping: Simmer cranberries, sugar, water, and orange zest until thickened. Cool the mixture, then spread it on top of the chilled cheesecake.
