  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cucumber, sliced
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crispy Chicken: Create a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and panko mixed with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Coat chicken strips in flour, dip in egg, then coat in breadcrumbs, pressing firmly to adhere.
