For the Crispy Chicken

For the Pita Assembly
- 4 pita breads
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Prepare the Crispy Chicken: Create a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and panko mixed with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Coat chicken strips in flour, dip in egg, then coat in breadcrumbs, pressing firmly to adhere.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and crispy. Transfer to paper towels.
- Make the Hot Honey Feta: Mix feta, honey, hot sauce, olive oil, and chili flakes until slightly creamy.
- Prepare the Tzatziki Drizzle: Combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, dill, salt, and water. Mix until smooth and drizzleable.
- Warm pita breads until soft and flexible.
- Spread tzatziki drizzle inside each pita.
- Add crispy chicken strips.
- Spoon hot honey feta over the chicken.
- Top with lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and parsley.
- Fold and serve immediately while hot, crispy, and flavorful.
