For the Ground Beef:
- 1 lb (450g) ground beef
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
For the Spicy Garlic Hot Honey Feta Cream:
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1–2 tsp hot sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp lemon juice
For the Flatbread:
- 4–6 flatbreads
For the Toppings:
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Prepare the Ground Beef: Heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté onion and garlic until soft. Add ground beef, cook until browned. Season with paprika, cumin, chili flakes, salt, pepper, tomato paste, and lemon juice. Cook for 2–3 minutes.
- Make the Spicy Garlic Hot Honey Feta Cream: In a bowl, combine feta, Greek yogurt, honey, hot sauce, garlic, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Prepare the Flatbread: Warm flatbreads until soft and slightly toasted.
- Assemble: Spread spicy garlic hot honey feta cream on each flatbread. Top with cooked ground beef mixture, fresh vegetables, and garnish with parsley.
