  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

For the Spicy Garlic Hot Honey Feta Cream:

  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 12 tsp hot sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

For the Flatbread:

  • 46 flatbreads

For the Toppings:

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cucumber, sliced
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Ground Beef: Heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté onion and garlic until soft. Add ground beef, cook until browned. Season with paprika, cumin, chili flakes, salt, pepper, tomato paste, and lemon juice. Cook for 2–3 minutes.
  2. Make the Spicy Garlic Hot Honey Feta Cream: In a bowl, combine feta, Greek yogurt, honey, hot sauce, garlic, and lemon juice until smooth.
  3. Prepare the Flatbread: Warm flatbreads until soft and slightly toasted.
  4. Assemble: Spread spicy garlic hot honey feta cream on each flatbread. Top with cooked ground beef mixture, fresh vegetables, and garnish with parsley.
