Oat Mixture:
- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
Wet Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup peanut or almond butter
- 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Add-Ins:
- 1/2 cup dried fruit (cranberries, cherries, etc.)
- 1/3 cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, etc.)
Instructions
- Prepare the Base: Line an 8×8” pan with parchment. In a large bowl, combine oats, protein powder, dried fruit, and nuts.
- Mix the Wet Ingredients: In a saucepan, gently heat nut butter, honey, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
- Combine and Chill: Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until fully combined. Press the mixture firmly into the pan and refrigerate for 1–2 hours.
- Slice and Serve: Once chilled, slice the mixture into bars and enjoy!

- You can customize this recipe by adding other mix-ins like chocolate chips, seeds, or coconut flakes.
- For a firmer texture, you can increase the amount of nut butter or honey.
