Ingredients

Oat Mixture:

  • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats

Wet Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup peanut or almond butter
  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Add-Ins:

  • 1/2 cup dried fruit (cranberries, cherries, etc.)
  • 1/3 cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, etc.)

Instructions

  3. Combine and Chill: Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until fully combined. Press the mixture firmly into the pan and refrigerate for 1–2 hours.
  4. Slice and Serve: Once chilled, slice the mixture into bars and enjoy!
