- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp chili flakes (adjust to taste)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, minced
For the Bowl
- 2 cups cooked rice or quinoa
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup kalamata olives
- 1 cup chickpeas (optional)
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- For the Ground Beef: Heat olive oil in a pan, cook ground beef until browned. Add garlic, oregano, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2–3 minutes.
- For the Creamy Hot Honey Feta Sauce: Blend feta, Greek yogurt, honey, chili flakes, olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic until smooth.
- Assemble the Bowl: Prepare rice/quinoa base, add ground beef, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, olives, and chickpeas. Drizzle with feta sauce.
- Garnish and Serve: Top with fresh parsley and serve warm.
