- 1/2 cup roasted red peppers
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup hummus
- Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
- Marinate the Beef: In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Add beef and toss to coat. Marinate for 20–30 minutes.
- Cook the Beef: Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat and cook beef for 5–7 minutes until browned and cooked to your preference.
- Prepare the Lemon Drizzle: In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, honey, and a pinch of salt to create the drizzle.
- Assemble the Platter: Warm pita breads, then arrange cooked beef on a large serving board. Add hummus in a bowl at the center. Surround with pita, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, olives, roasted red peppers, and feta cheese.
