Gyros:

  • 46 pita breads
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Lemon-Herb Chicken: In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, thyme, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Add chicken and marinate for at least 30–60 minutes.
  2. Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat and cook chicken for 6–8 minutes until browned and fully cooked.

  3. Tzatziki Sauce: Prepare tzatziki by mixing Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, dill, and salt. Chill until serving.
