Lemon-Herb Chicken:

Tzatziki Sauce:
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cucumber, grated and squeezed dry
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- Salt to taste
Gyros:
- 4–6 pita breads
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Lemon-Herb Chicken: In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, thyme, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Add chicken and marinate for at least 30–60 minutes.
- Tzatziki Sauce: Prepare tzatziki by mixing Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, dill, and salt. Chill until serving.
- Gyros: Warm pita breads in a dry pan or oven. Fill each pita with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, red onion, and cooked chicken. Add crumbled feta and a generous spoon of tzatziki sauce. Wrap tightly and serve with lemon wedges.
Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat and cook chicken for 6–8 minutes until browned and fully cooked.
