  • 1/2 cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup Kalamata olives, sliced
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Marinate and Cook the Chicken – In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Coat chicken breasts with the marinade and let sit for at least 20–30 minutes. Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook chicken 5–6 minutes per side, until fully cooked (internal temperature 165°F / 75°C). Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes, then slice thinly.
  2. Step 2: Prepare the Dill Garlic Yogurt Sauce – In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, dill, salt, and black pepper until smooth. Adjust seasoning as needed.
  3. Step 3: Assemble the Wraps – Warm pita breads for flexibility. Spread a generous layer of dill garlic yogurt sauce on each pita. Add sliced chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and olives. Garnish with fresh parsley and fold into wraps. Serve immediately.
