Greek Chicken:
- 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Dill Garlic Yogurt Sauce:
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- Salt and black pepper to taste
For Assembly:
- 4 large pita breads or flatbreads
- 1 cup shredded romaine lettuce
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cucumber, diced
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup Kalamata olives, sliced
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Step 1: Marinate and Cook the Chicken – In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Coat chicken breasts with the marinade and let sit for at least 20–30 minutes. Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook chicken 5–6 minutes per side, until fully cooked (internal temperature 165°F / 75°C). Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes, then slice thinly.
- Step 2: Prepare the Dill Garlic Yogurt Sauce – In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, dill, salt, and black pepper until smooth. Adjust seasoning as needed.
- Step 3: Assemble the Wraps – Warm pita breads for flexibility. Spread a generous layer of dill garlic yogurt sauce on each pita. Add sliced chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and olives. Garnish with fresh parsley and fold into wraps. Serve immediately.
