For the Chicken:

  • 1 lb (450 g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

For the Dill Lemon Garlic Yogurt Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

For the Wrap:

  • 4 large flour tortillas or pita wraps
  • 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 small cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 small tomato, diced
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • Optional: crumbled feta cheese

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, paprika, oregano, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Add chicken breasts and coat well. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours in the fridge).
  2. Cook the Chicken: Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 5–6 minutes per side or until fully cooked (internal temp 165°F / 74°C). Remove and let rest 5 minutes, then slice thinly.
  3. Prepare the Sauce: In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt, dill, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning.
  4. Assemble the Wraps: Lay out tortillas. Spread 1–2 tbsp of the dill lemon garlic yogurt sauce on each. Layer with lettuce, cucumber, tomato, red onion, sliced chicken, and optional feta.
  5. Wrap and Serve: Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll tightly. Serve immediately, with extra sauce on the side if desired.
